GATE OPERATOR SYSTEMS

He had provided good service up until May or June of 2011. He had to come out to replace a motherboard for the gate. At the time we discussed raising the gate up a few inches because the gate was having trouble opening when the snow built up. He said that he would be able to get the hinges to raise the gate. He left that day with the $500 payment for the motherboard and an additional $200 for the hinges. He said he would be back in 7 to 10 days. Since then, I have called him frequently and schedule appointments with him but he never shows up. I would rather have the work done than receive a refund.

The job went very well. The name of the person who did this was Mr. Brian Palcisko. He was recommended to me by someone who said he was cheaper than the first guy who was recommended to me. I called him. He came in and took a look. He told me what I needed and explained how he could do the job. The job was completed within a week or 10 days.

They installed the gate very quickly and the work was done well. I gave the man in charge good instructions on what to do but he did something silly. He came back on two or three occasions and made adjustments to make it work better. The price was good and they were professional.
