+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THE CREW WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER AND WORKED ABOUT TWELVE HOURS UNTIL THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER REMOVING THE OLD FURNACE AND REPLACED IT WITH A CUSTOM FURNACE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER ALL THE REPLACEMENT AS WELL. THEY MANUFACTURE ALL THEIR OWN PIECES AND ASSEMBLED THE NEW ONE ON SITE TO COORDINATE WITH THE LENNOX. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A VIBRATIONAL DAMPER. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND EVERYTHING IS WELL FITTED AND TIGHT. IT WORKS FANTASTICALLY, WE LOVE IT! ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH, BEAUTIFULLY PUT TOGETHER AND TIGHT. THEY ARE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. THEY ACCIDENTALLY INSTALLED THE WRONG THERMOSTAT, WHICH I DID NOT NOTICE. HOWEVER THEY SURPRISED ME AT THE FRONT DOOR THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH THE CORRECT DIGITAL THERMOSTAT TO REPLACE THE ONE HAD BEEN INSTALLED BY ERROR. ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF THEIR INTEGRITY!
