They had replaced the siding on my house the year before and a couple of places that had warped or rippled so they just replaced or fixed it. They are very reliable and do good work. It looks fabulous and I have no complaints.

I liked the quality of their work. They have a good attitude about the job. Pricing was fair. In terms of punctuality, they could not be here all the time. In general, they are pretty good.

They were phenomenal. The guys were here all the time so it was a little hectic. It was a pleasant experience having them here. They have done a lot of work for us in the past. If I needed them to be done by a certain time, they were done when I needed them to be. I was very appreciative of the fact that they were very good about working with me.

Everything went pretty well.

I got what I expected. I will use them again in the future.

Ron came over and we spoke about what he does. He gave us quotes for siding and we talked with 5 or 6 people he has dne work for in the area. Everyone said he was outstanding, he pays attention to detail and he got rave reviews from every homeowner we talked to. His prices are fair and maybe even low so we will be going with him for the siding job.

Caliber was very neat and clean, were always on time, and the work was definitely high quality. They did a fantastic job, we love it and are very happy with everything! Our neighbors compliment us all the time on their work!

The was great, I found them most agreeable to work with. Even though I don't think it was in fault of them, the timeliness of the services they provided was lacking. From a consumer point of view, I would like to have had it done sooner.

RON SAID HE WOULD DO ALL THE WORK HIMSELF AND NOT USE ANY SUBCONTRACTORS. HE IN FACT USED SUBCONTRACTORS FOR THE ROOF, GUTTERING, AND CHIMNEY REPAIR. HE DID NOT ACQUIRE PROPER PERMITS BEFORE BEGINNING THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AND THE WORKED WAS STOPPED BY THE BUILDING INSPECTORS. THE ROOF WAS EXPOSED FOR 10 DAYS WITHOUT WORK BEING DONE DURING WHICH TIME RACCOONS SET UP HOME IN MY ATTIC. THE TUCKPOINTING WAS NEVER PERFORMED, ALL THE PLYWOOD ABOVE THE GUTTERING WAS NOT REPLACED. GUTTERING WAS PLACED ON ROTTED WOOD. ALTHOUGH ATTIC VENTS WERE INSTALLED, NO CUTS WERE MADE IN THE PLYWOOD FOR THE VENTS TO BE FUNCTIONAL. HE WILL NOT RETURN TO COMPLETE THE JOB THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE.

For the four days of work Ron was on time for three. The one day that he was late, he called stating there was an accident and the freeway was blocked and was taking an alternate route.

I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality of the work performed and the quality of the products installed. From the initial zero pressure estimate to the final job sight clean-up, the entire experience was first class. Ron and his crew paid close attention to detail and took their time to do a personalized quality job. Even at the time of the initial estimate, Ron was running about 5 minutes behind his 10:30 am appointment, and called to apologize and to say he was on his way. This is virtually unheard of with most companies scheduling a 2-3 hour appointment window. All scrap removed from the house was taken away. At the end of each day, virtually everything was cleaned up and stored in an orderly manner. All materials used appear to be top quality. Absolutely all of my expectations were exceeded. I wouldn't have done a better job had I possessed the skill to do it myself.

Job was completed in 3 days. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. Caliber also assisted us in selecting the shower stallby provding a range of options and explaining the differences, pros, and cons of each. We feel very good about the quality of the job and the value for the cost.

JOB 1: CALIBER'S WORK WAS IMPECCABLE. CALIBER PROVIDED A WIDE RANGE OF DOORS (STYLES, MANUFACTURERS, PRICES) FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE. CALIBER ASSISTED US IN DETERMINING WHAT STYLE OF DOOR WOULD LOOK BEST GIVEN THE OTHER FEATURES OF OUR HOUSE. THE NEW DOOR WAS INSTALLED IN HALF A DAY AND IT LOOKS GREAT. JOB 2: CALIBER PERFORMED EXCEPTIONAL WORK. CALIBER PROVIDED DETAILED DRAWINGS/SKETCHES SO THAT WE COULD ENVISION WHAT THE ROOM WOULD LOOK LIKE WITH THE SLIDING DOOR VS. THE BAY WINDOW. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN ONE DAY AND THE DOOR FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY. WE EXPERIENCED NO DRAFTS OR COLD AIR WITH THE DOOR THIS PAST WINTER (2004/2005).

WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. CALIBER'S OWNER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF WINDOWS/GLASS/MANUFACTURERS, ETC. AND PROVIDED AMPLE INFORMATION TO US SO THAT WE MADE AN INFORMED DECISION REGARDING THE WINDOWS WE PURCHASED. CALIBER'S OWNER WAS ONSITE AS THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED AND HE DID MUCH OF THE WORK HIMSELF. THE CUSTOM WOODWORK AROUND EACH WINDOW PERFECTLY MATCHES THE STYLE OF THE WINDOWS AND THE HOUSE ITSELF.

CALIBER PERFORMED AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS ON-SITE EACH DAY SUPERVISING THE WORK PERFORMED. CALIBER PAID VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE SMALL DETAILS TO ENSURE THE WORK WAS PERFORMED CORRECTLY. THE WORK CREW CLEANED UP THE WORKSITE EACH DAY AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY LESS THAN 2 OTHER ESTIMATES RECEIVED FROM OTHER ANGIE'S LIST COMPANIES.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. WORK WAS PERFORMED ON TIME AND ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS.
