BUDGET BLINDS

Perfect. I have never bought blinds like this before. It was a huge keep for my wife and I. Jana made a very good presentation. There was no pushy sales techniques. She came out to the house presented the facts and just educated Us to help figure out our budget and what made sense. Installation was fast and professional. Very happy.

The contractor installed blinds on four windows.  One of the windows was of cut leaded glass and all were in hardwood trimmed rooms.  Installing the right blinds on these windows was necessary to complement the rest of the area.  The four blinds selected were perfect for this purpose.  Everything on this job went well and I would recommend Budget Blinds of Strongsville.  The only caution I would add to this review is that these blinds were custom made of the finest materials and should be considered a price leader rather than a true ?budget? item.

The job was handled in an expedient fashion, but I was expecting some cord wrap-arounds for the cords as I have a cat that plays with them. The sales rep promised us these and we were not delivered them upon installation. This did not meet my expectations.It made me wonder if there was a mis-communication or if we were purposely blown off with this request.
The valances in my office are small and somewhat flimsy and do not stay in place very well. The set-up is cheap looking. For $3500.00, I thought I would have had nicer valances in this room.  Otherwise, the wooden blinds are nice and give the room a warm feeling.

We placed our order through one of the franchise locations and then did not hear back from them. When we were unable to contact them by phone or email, we contacted the franchise headquarters and found that this particular location had gone out of business. They found our order and had the Strongsville location take it over. They did the installation and everything went well.

The project went very well. From start to finish was 3-4 weeks with updates all along the way. We were missing a piece during the initial installation but once that arrived the scheduled day to install went smoothly.

About 2 1/2 weeks after I signed the quote and well before Thanksgiving, Jana called to say the blinds were in and she came 3 days later to install them. Jana, Mark and Dustin installed all 7 blinds in 1 1/2 hours. They were neat, clean, friendly and very professional. Jana certainly does run a top notch company. The blinds are absolutely beautiful. They have such a richness and elegance about them..nothing like I have seen anywhere else. Jana gave tips on how to clean the blinds, and also left some extra panels in case something happens to one of the originals. I asked her how to remove the original should it be damaged. Jana started to show me and then said, ''you know, just call me if something like that ever happens and I will come and install the replacement one for you.'' Now, how is that for service? Jana sure knows how to treat her customers. She is a true gem and should be very proud of herself and her installers. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana Block to anyone.

They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, they did it all. She was extremely helpful in picking out the look I wanted, there was no pressure. Very efficient and nice.

She called back promptly to set up an appointment. She was on time for her appointment and for the installation appointment. Her suggestions were appropriate and appreciated. She was polite and interested in providing what we desired. The installation was done efficiently. She later called to see if everything was satisfactory.

HE DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

JANA EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. I WAS EXPECTING THE BLINDS TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE - THEY WEREN'T. I EXPECTED AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE I HAD THEM UP, AND IT WAS LESS THAN 3. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE ALSO SPENT A LOT OF TIME SHOWING ME HOW TO CLEAN THE BLINDS, AND IF THERE ARE ANY REPAIRS NEEDED, IT'S NICE TO KNOW SHE WON'T CHARGE US FOR HER TIME OR THE PARTS (JUST SHIPPING). OVERALL, MY HUSBAND AND I ARE EXTREMEMLY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDED.
