Kim, who is one of the salespeople for this Budget Blinds, came out with samples for our window blinds.  I knew I wanted the kind that don't use cords, but didn't know much beyond that.  She helped me select the colors that would be best for the room I was mainly interested in.  Once I saw them, and how nice they would look, I had her give me a price on doing the living room too... and then the kitchen too... and then our bedroom... and then my husband's office... and soon, we had selected blinds for every room in the house!

The order was placed and I got a call in a couple of weeks that the blinds were in, and Chris would be out to install them.  Kim also came to the installation and worked with Chris.  All 16 blinds were hung in less in about an hour.

We are SO happy with these blinds!  My main issue was I had a couple of very large windows which previously had one very long blind on them.  They now have been split into three separate blinds which make them much easier to use.

**Update 8/31**

They initially advised me to keep the drapes tied back for a week in order to establish pleats. Due to this, I did not notice the difference in length after they installed the blinds. They told me it would be a week and a half for them to reinstall the drapes and it has now been over two weeks. I am expecting company in 9 days and hope to have to have the product correctly installed as soon as possible.

Suzi arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.  I requested a different length for the valence that I ordered. Suzi telephoned the manufacturer and submitted my request. When that was declined by the company, she investigated further with another company that would oblige my request. Unfortunately, that was above my budget, so we went with the original selection.
Suzi was very empathetic and helpful and placed my order right away since I was also on a deadline.
I have used this company before for my own bathroom window treatment and the end result was beautiful.

She did an excellent job. I had a big window and a front window and she actually helped me, I wanted honey combs but I didn't know what size, style, color and I really didn't know a whole lot of what to do and she was really helpful about figuring right the shades to go with the wall. She is really a good designer. That's why I liked here and I also liked the warranty she offered. The way their warranty works is a little better than a couple of the other ones I looked at. She had an installer that she used which was really good.

Brian is very helful in suggesting type and color of blinds and/or drapes to coordinate with room.  He was always very punctual and I appreciated his follow-up call after the initial visit to see if there were any changes that needed to be made in order to fit our budget.  He did a great job installing the blinds...especially the ones for our bay window as they fit perfectly.

They installed vertical blinds on two patio doors,two large windows & bathroom window down stairs ,Eight Honeycomb cellular shades up stairs in bed rooms,hall way & bathroom windows.Our friends came to our house & they like the product & workmanship of Budget blinds of North Royalton.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They offered a lot of options, and had samples for us to look at.  They were professional, and from the day we ordered the blinds to the installation date was only two and a half weeks.
