Sajag Patel is the founder and CEO of BOLD Real Estate Consultants. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Science. His professional experience includes software engineering and income property management. Sajag began his real estate career as a property investor in 2004. His passion for real estate, and his enthusiasm for helping others, led him to become a professional REALTOR® in 2009. His hard work and early success earned him “Rookie of the Year” recognition in 2010. After helping many families avoid foreclosure, Sajag Patel earned professional designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert in 2011. He augmented his skills by becoming a Certified Negotiation Expert in 2012. He is a 3-year member of the Agent Leadership Council. He also completed the challenging BOLD program at Keller Williams Realty on three separate occasions. The KW BOLD program is highly-regarded in the industry, and is considered by many as the “gold standard” of sales excellence and tenacity. Today, Sajag Patel assists home buyers, home sellers, property investors, and distressed property owners with their real estate needs.
