I’m still in the process of clearing up some stuff with them. They’re awful. I ordered and I paid up front. I paid that much because they promised me it would be in 2 weeks from that day. We’re going into week 4 right now and I still had not gotten it. Every time I call them to see what the process is, they always give me another excuse. They would tell me it was on back order. It was awful. They have awful customer service. They told me it would ship on Monday and that they would call me that day. Yesterday was Monday and i didn’t get the call. I gave them a call this morning and told the manager I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. He told me they can’t do that because it was a special order. They should do something because they promised me something and they’re not coming through on their end. I would have been totally understanding but they were not forthcoming with me. I feel that they should taken better care of me.

The first thing I noticed is that the AM radio did not work. I took it back and he fixed it. I finally got an MP3 player and I went back to him to see how to hook it up to my CD player. There was no obvious place to hook it up at. The box states that it is MP3 capable. I called and talked to two employees. One said what they meant by MP3 capable is just that it will play MP3 files from a CD. That's kind of cheating since they knew what I needed. I looked at the box and it states that it is made for iPod. He stated I need a KCE4221 adapter and another on top of that. I asked where to plug it in and he stated again that it was in the back. I told him again that I could not find it. He stated that their company does not work with CD players anymore so he would recommend someone else. I told him that since the box states iPod capability and the salesman stated that it will play an iPod, it should work. He started yelling at me and stated that I should just bring it over and he'd do it. He was still yelling and stated that he was going to have his lawyer contact me. I told him to have his lawyer call my lawyer and he would not back down. He was verbally abusive and did not help when he should have. He made me feel less than because I didn't have the most expensive car stereo out there.
