We were exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Attina Design. They were very courteous, helpful, professional, and followed up after installation to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

Samples and estimate, deposit. Drapes and blinds installed several weeks later.

The 'free' estimate was not a deciding factor on making our initial appointment. Jolanta was extremely knowledgable over the phone and knew exactly what we were looking for in our home. She had brought multiple books that tailored to my needs based off our phone conversation. I was confident she knew exactly what she was doing. We decided to go with the cordless shades in two of our bedrooms and she designed beautiful fabric perfect for my children's room. As well as, draperies for our living room. We loved it so much that when we moved into our new home we wanted to use the same fabric and design. I had made a call asking about taking down the shades and draperies (as i wanted to make sure I was doing it right). They happened to be in the area and stopped over to uninstall the draperies and shades and took them to our new home (which was not that far away). When they arrived they reinstalled the hardware and shades for us. free of charge. In our new home we had custom made fabric in our front room from a large retailer dealer bought from the previous owners. They knew right away that the draperies were not fitted right and made too short. (They were older draperies) They knew I had my hands full with my children and unpacking boxes. Instead of talking to us about new draperies for the front room, they asked if we wanted them dry cleaned and gave us the name of a dry cleaner to use. They then put the draperies back up for us (the draperies that were not from them) They did not try to sell us new draperies for the frontroom. I thought this was exceptional as they have only asked to use their name as a referrel and that is what I am doing now...sharing their name and service as exceptional. They have been doing draperies and designing for decades. Plus points: They wear special slippers in your home, that are clean and free of germs (i absolutely love this, specially having kids!) They treat their customers like family Jolanta can really design a whole home or just a single window I rate them awesome and am very happy to have used them over the years.
