Accurate Concrete Leveling

Excellent - arrived as expected, started right away, raised the section as requested. Looks great. Price was very good for the value provided. Would hire again. Have already recommended to neighbors and friends.

Initially well. But just had trouble getting Vince to come back to honor the two year warranty. Called/texted multiple months. Never came back. Nice guy, but no warranty follow up.

Professional job! Will definitely hire again for any leveling needs. They were fast and cleaned everything up within an hour. This project cost over less than half of other estimates I received.

Needed the sidewalk in front of house to be leveled since the water was pooling up towards house. The leveling worked well enough, but one panel of the sidewalk was cracked the entire width. When I mentioned the worker said it was because the sidewalk was old, but I had seen him jumping on the panel. Apparently it was lifted too much and he was trying to push it down and cracked it. Nothing was taken off the price for this and I have a cracked sidewalk that was caulked and is now buckling. Also the cost would be extra to use a credit card which was not mentioned in the ad. Owner was rude about this. Every caulk sealing that was done is extra too, not part of the original estimate. The front faucet was nicked when either attaching or removing the hose he used and that is leaking.

They sent a person out promptly to give me an estimate. The next day Diane called and set up an appointment for the work to be done. On the date it was to be done it rained which delayed work, but only two days. Four men came out including Vince the owner of the company. They worked so hard for almost two hours in ninety degree heat. I was so sorry I hadn't purchased cold bottled water for them. My sidewalks were perfect and the drive which had sunk at least 3-4 inches was perfect. I felt that I should have left my car out so I wouldn't drive over the work area, but Vince assured me I could drive over it when I called four hours later.

We were overall pleased. It took about an hour to complete. They came out pretty quickly. We had a problem with a tree root.

They just came and did the job, like they said they would. It wasn't too complicated. They showed up, did the concrete patio.My wife said they cleaned up after themselves.

Cement walkway now sits evenly with driveway. Looks good. Good communication. Punctual. Quick work. A little under original estimate. No complaints here.

I only wish I was here to see how they did it. Two of the blocks were a nightmare, and they did it perfectly, and in no time. I was gone for 2 hours that morning, and they were finished and gone by time I got there. They also threw in a block in the driveway without charge. Very nice!

So-so experience. Service provider raised rear sidewalk. The end slab of the sidewalk was cracked prior to the mudjacking (crack was NOT caused by the mudjacking). However, two small chips and one larger chip were made along the crack during the mudjacking process (See Pictures). I asked the service provider what to do about the larger chip and they could not provide any guidance or a solution. I ended up gluing the larger chipped piece back into place with Locktite Polyurethane Construction Adhesive. The grade of the cracked slab still runs downward from both ends toward the crack in the middle of the slab. The service provider thought the grade was fine and was not interested in making any further adjustments, as he needed to get on to the next project. The service provider was the lower of two quotes and the crew arrived on time. General attitude/demeanor of crew was so-so. Overall, so-so experience based on quality of work and lack of adequate response to customer concerns and questions.

They arrived exactly on time. Our job was the first on the list for the day at 8 AM. From the time they arrived, to the time they finished was about 30 minutes, with the actual work taking about 20 minutes to complete. Note: Since the job was in the garage, dust was generated when they drilled the injection holes, which coated things. But it was an easy cleanup.

First, Vince came out quickly and gave us an estimate which was broken down into 3 parts in order for us to decide how much of the job we wanted to do. We decided to go ahead with the whole job and they had us scheduled within 2 weeks. They came out 45 minutes earlier than the allotted time that I was given. They worked quickly and efficiently. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. The sidewalk and driveway look great! I highly recommend this company.
