WE HAVE A UTILITY TRAILER THAT WE USE ON OUR FARM & IT GETS BEAT UP! WE SWITCHED TO THOMPSON CAMPERS WHEN WE BECAME DISSATISFIED WITH ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP. THEIR WORK OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS HAS BEEN GOOD & THEIR ASSESSMENTS HONEST. IN THIS CASE WE NEEDED BOTH THE TAIL LIGHTS REPLACED & THE PLUG TO THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS (LIGHTS, BRAKES) REPLACED. THEY DO THE WORK ON THE SPOT. OTHER TIMES WE HAVE LEFT THE TRAILER OVERNIGHT OR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, ACCORDING TO OUR CONVENIENCE.
