Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
Jim came out gave us a quote to pour a pad in out backyard. We decided on a stamped concrete border to match the pavers on our patio. They stamped it a completely different pattern which I let go as the work was already done. The workman needed to move our wood rack took 3 men to move it so they could concrete where it sat. They never came back to move it back and my husband and I can not move it. At first he was very responsive kept saying he'd have guys come move it back for us and again on the day he came to get his check for services. over 2 weeks ago and still wood rack is in my back grass blocking my garden and killing my grass. He will not return calls or emails So unprofessional

Excellent. A friend referred me this contractor. I called. Got an estimate that eve. Promised work would be started within 10 days. I thought it was to good to be true. ( I had had a nightmare experience with another contractor.) then I read the negative review on this site. I was so upset that I was getting screwed again. I am so happy to say that there are people still out there with integrity. Everything and MORE was done in a very professional efficient timely matter.!!!! This is a first class family oriented business that goes over and beyond to give quality service. No doubt I will be using the Concrete Guys for future projects.

In the fall of 2010 they were supposed to come back and power wash the driveway and do a seal. Since that didn't happen and they were not returning my calls, there are now cracks in the driveway. When they finally came out to take a look they advised me they would fix the cracks and seal it as they had promised. I have been calling and calling and they still are not getting back with me. I just want the cracks to be replaced and the driveway to be completed.
