Maintenance Ace is a family owned company founded by Doug Sipes in 2004. Doug spent 19 years in the construction industry before starting Maintenance Ace. His younger brother came aboard in 2009 bringing 16 years of landscape and construction experience. Doug and Ricky form the core of Maintenance Ace and their beliefs and values are what makes the company stand out above the competition. At Maintenance Ace, customer service is top priority. We've had a very poor experience with Doug. We have a lot of shade in the back yard where the seed was to be planted, and the seed he used could be either sun or shade, but the growth and health of the lawn in that area is sparce. He had to come out several times to try and get it to grow with no success. The grass seed was thrown around with out care or patience when he had to come back and even got into our flower beds as well. The grass is still sparce and now we have to do it on our own using shade grass seed.

Doug was outstanding. He scheduled the work quickly, completed a very difficult tree removal and totally cleaned up everything before leaving. I gave him and his associate a 25% tip on top of his fee for the quality of work they performed. I give them my highest recommendation and thanks for a job well done.

MY YARD WAS HORRIBLE. A LOT OF DEAD AND DISEASED TREES . MAINTENANCE ACE WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL BY DESIGNING HOW THAT WERE TO ADDRESS OUR PROBLEM ( OUR YARD HAD OVER 100 TREES AND HARD TO GET TO WITHOUT DESTROYING OUR YARD) EFFECTIVELY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. 4 NEIGHBORS CAME BY TO SAY THEY WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED AND WOULD USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WOULD HAVE TO SEE BEFORE AND AFTER TO APPRECIATE HOW WE TRULY FEEL. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DID AND THE TIMELY MANNER YOU WORKED. YOUR STAFF WAS QUITE EFFICIENT. GREAT JOB !!! SO , YES, WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND. ( AND , WE HAVE EXTREMELY HIG STANDARDS ) .
