Chad started by tearing out all the old material which took two days. Chad's crew then started leveling and placing base material and prepping all areas for versa-lok and pavers. One hitch cam when brick on the front od the porch collapes due to the pressure of the stone slabs being set. Chad split the cost of the repair which I thought was very fair. The work was completed in 10 days and Chad leveled the front yard and applied topsoil and seeded to repair areas that were torn up by the Bobcat during demolition. Chad was not asked to repair driveway blacktop as this is going to be replaced. Chad will be putting versa-lok and pavers around the rear deck now that it has been completed.
