Doug took a great deal of time to carefully install our new stove and make sure that it was working correctly. He also answered all of our questions about its operation and care. When we had other questions, he promptly returned our calls and made sure that we knew how to operate the stove correctly. His Bixby stoves are well made and engineered; his installation and after sale work are first rate. We look forward to doing business with Doug again in the future.
