The special collar helped tremendously. I like that they're close, available, and seem to be knowledgeable. I typically wait no more than 15 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

We primarily saw Dr. Wendi and loved her. Our cat was never unhappy to see her, which was unusual for a vet visit! She was incredibly sensitive and sweet with him (and us!) and helped us make the decision to euthanize our beloved pet to ensure he did not suffer the last few weeks of his life.
Dr. Wendi was scheduled to be off that Saturday, and we would have been satisfied to see another vet, however, she came in on her day off to be there with us, as she had spent the last few years being his primary vet. She also diagnosed him the prior week.
We thought that was incredibly special and sweet, and appreciated it more than we could ever explain. It was a tough decision but her careful consideration for us was amazing. Not only was Dr. Wendi wonderful and caring, but the staff was wonderful and so kind in the last several visits during that month.
I love Wyoga Vet and would absolutely recommend them. They are excellent veterinary providers, are kind to pets and owners, and their services are fairly priced so that it does not seem cost-prohibitive to provide your pet stellar care!

I first took my rabbit there and when Wendi moved locations, I followed and have been with her for a few years now. She has a common sense approach, not exactly holistic medicine but good at diagnosing. She is good at letting us know how to help with giving medicine advise. She is gentle, loving, just has such a good ability to diagnos what is going on and not to put the animals through meaningless things.

She had to spend the night and then we had to go back within a week to have the stitches taken out. After the stitches were taken out there is no scar or marking where the surgery was performed. The results were amazing. The staff was very professional, courteous, and very helpful.

We were nervous about going the first time - I had moved a longish distance away from the old vet, which I spent a lot of time with and I was very comfortable with. My cat is very large - and we always get a lot of comments about it so I was also nervous about being judged for his weight and for not having him up to date on his vaccinations.
We saw Dr. Wendy the first time and she was amazing! She was so gentile and my cat seemed to like her a lot. She didn't laugh hysterically at how large he was and was really relaxed about everything. She gave me some great ideas to deal with the litter box issues (which have cleared up due to her advice!) and I think her personality was incredibly friendly, gentile, and warm - which put my cat at better ease.
The staff and tech's are all really nice and helpful as well. I had taken my cat in a carrier with no towel/padding and they put a towel in there for him on the way home (which was nice - they wanted to make sure he felt comfortable if he had to pee since he had shots and a urine sample). We had waited for the urine sample results which came back quickly (I was surprised they did it on the spot!).
I was impressed overall at the thoughtfulness and care they have given. I'm pretty surprised that my cat is not terrified to go to the vet any longer. He loves the towel they sent along and I found him cuddled up in his carrier several times after the visit.
I sound like a crazy cat lady, but they were really great and I am happy that my pet really liked going there - its not a typical reaction and he doesn't mind it as much as he used to.
We have had some follow up visits and although we don't always see Dr. Wendy, we do like the other vets we have seen as well. The pricing has been great - the follow up visits were much less than the initial, which was already a great price. We also go back and purchase our cat food there (weight control). Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions about the food.

They are very caring. The doctor I see over there is wonderful. I have gone there for so many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable. I would continue to use them.

They were real friendly, knowledgeable and inexpensive. They had separate areas for cats and for dogs, which is really good. The quality of care was terrific, but the office was not fancy, which is sometimes a good thing but sometimes a bad thing, depending on a person's point of view. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are very reasonable. The staff is very caring. They are knowledgeable and experienced. My dog had an ACL tear and they did a less invasive and more conservative procedure and it cost me around $800. My dog is doing fantastic and walking on it now. If needed, I would them again in the future too.

Dr. Mike and Dr. Wendy have seen my 13+ year old Sheltie since he was a pup. Today's visit was for Annual Booster and Rabies. When I got there I was asked if I needed any other services. Heartworm pills? (no thanks, will do in the spring) Nails clipped? (you actually did that about 2 months ago). It was not a hard-sell though. Just offerings. Dr. Wendy gave my dog an exam (eyes, teeth, tummy, heart ears etc). She advised he still has a heart murmur that has become more severe since hist last visit 6 months ago and said we'd continue to watch it. I asked about his teeth as he's never had them cleaned and he's starting to have stinky breath. She recommended it even at his age and explained that bacteria in a dog's mouth can make its way to other organs. I asked if the teeth cleaning could be done in April when I plan to drop him off anyway for some blood work. She said yes, no problem. The shots themselves took under a minute but I was with the doc about 15 mins. I have never felt pressured to "hurry up" or feel that I was pushed out the door because the next pet was waiting. Today's punctuality rating was a B. I got there at 9am for my 9am but had to wait about 15 minutes. The good news is there are always other dogs in the waiting room that my dog and I can say HELLO to :-)
