I don't have a big of a yard. That one time, he hadn't come yet. A guy knocked on my door and said I needed your lawn mowed. I said, someone does it. He said, I'm here now, and what do you pay him. I said, you aren't the one who does it, and you came and knocked on my door, and I said, $13. He said, ok. He came to get his money, and said that was a lot of work for $13. I told him you knocked on my door. He does average work, but for the price its worth it to me. He doesn't sweep up, or rake, he does the mowing. That is all I need. His price is good. He is a nice guy. He could be a little bit neater. Like I said, for the $15 bucks, its worth it. I don't have any set times with him. He comes by when it needs it. He will be in the neighborhood and come by, and if he sees that it needs to be done, he will do it. If it doesn't, he will drive on. Some people you have a contract with, does it on an weekly basis, rather it needs it or not. He does not. He is a really nice guy, but he really isn't an professional.
