T&S Construction & Landscape LLC

Called a company out of my local newspaper to pour a concrete pad called RC Concrete leveling. They referred me to T & S Construction. Shawn Milkovich came out on 6/13/15 and gave me an estimate of 1920.00 to pour the pad with the promise that it could be done by the fourth of July. He asked for 1/3 of the money down so I wrote a check. (Which was cashed that day) After several phone calls and promises of being here, he assured me that they would be here on the first. I payed someone to completely remove everything that would be in the way, tables, statues, and an existing patio that had pavers. They never showed up that day or never called. My husband went out to the address on the invoice which proved to be an empty building. He also went to the address that is posted on the internet which is a condo and the people there said he does not live there. Then he called and said that he would drop the deposit off that evening. Never showed up. Then we had to pay to completely repave it with patio blocks and move all the statues and tables back for the holiday. When contacting him again he assured us he would be here to pour on the 14th. We said that I just want the money back. He is avoiding phone calls and also RC Cocrete leveling is covering up for him. Do not hire this company and definitely do not give them any money.

It did not go well. Lawsuits, fraud charges and mechanics liens. I would not use T & S Construction.

T&S construction was contracted in August of 2014 to complete the driveway expansion and T&S construction still has not completed the work.  The work was supposed to be started within 10 days of signing the contract.  This did not happen.  After repeated assures the work would begin "next week" from T&S constructing a crew did show in Oct and temporary moved a fence panel and did some measurements for the driveway.  The crew was "supposed" to be back to complete the work but never has been back. 

I would not recommend T&S Construction.
