The service is always excellent. They leave a written detail of every visit they make explaining how the cat did and what games they did with the cat. They also send pictures while sitting.

The Tailwaggers Team did a fantastic job with our dog Lanna. We were given a log of what was accomplish with each visit. The kids liked the daily text message of how our dog was doing, and would ask if the text had arrived yet.

Shelly changed the cage papers as needed, kept the dove fed and watered, and kept us updated on the bird's condition by periodic text messages. When we got home, our bird was fine, and the plant and tree were in good condition. We we would not hesitate to recommend Shelly for pet sitting.

Shelly was great. We were in a bind for a sitter for three days, since our regular sitters were booked. It looked like May, our old rescue weiner dog, would spend the weekend in the kennel. That was never good for her, so I I found Shelly online and spoke with her on the third ring. She explained that they are insured and bonded and met with me and May, our weiner dog, before we left. Everything went well during the trip. Shelly made May comfortable and she was in great spirits when we returned. I recommend Tailwaggers and hope to use them again.

Shelly and her team took great care of my cats while I was away for five days.  I have two indoor cats that are on a raw diet and I was really nervous about leaving them to the care of just anybody, but I was put at ease because Shelly made sure my kitties were eating properly and their food was prepared exactly as they needed it.  Plus their water bowl was always clean and pans were kept up.  Occasionally they would text me to let me know everything was okay, and when I got back they left several sheets of notes describing each visit in detail - what the cats did and how they ate.  I'm definitely planning on using her services again in my upcoming trips!  Thanks!

We have hired Shelly from Tailwaggers to take care of our cat when we are away. We've used Shelly four or five times now.  She is great - we communicate mostly by text and phone.  I let her know when we will be away, she feeds the cat, scoops litter, brings in the mail.  Our cat is very shy, so Shelly doesn't see her when she is here, but always leaves notes, and texts me to let me know that all is ok. Shelly is trustworthy, punctual, and very easy to work with.  I highly recommend Tailwaggers service.

We just can't say enough about Tailwaggers! Shelly and her crew are amazing! They have given our dog Lola and us, quality services and loving care for many years. While we are away, Lola is visited multiple times throughout the day and night. This is also a big plus knowing that our home is occupied and watched over while we are out of town! Lola is well cared for and given love and attention at each visit. Shelly will text or call us to keep us up to date on Lola's care and how she is doing. Lola is now up in years and is on medication due to arthritis. Shelly administers her meds and keeps Lola happy and active which makes for a very happy dog. I also want to mention that there have been a number of times that we have been called away at the last minute. Shelly has always accommodated us! Thank you Tailwaggers for all you do and for giving us that Peace of Mind while we are away!

She is punctual. She leaves me a note, and is very consistant. I like that she contacts me if she is not able to make it on time. I also like that she fills my dogs water after the walk.
