We have one employee and perform all work - no subcontractors. We are certified by the Infrared Training Institute and the Building Performance Institute. We use the latest diagnostic equipment to diagnose such hidden issues as moisture in ceilings, floors, walls and roofs, failing electrical connections, plumbing and HVAC anomalies, sagging or missing insulation - the list goes on and on! We are also one of the few companies actively participating in the growing field of Equine (horse) Infrared. Our thermographic images can be used to diagnose such issues as sore tendons, sore joints, poor circulation, poor shoe and saddle fit. Additionally, we provide comprehensive and informative reports that completely document our findings, as well as suggested remediation. We have no ties to any contractor you might utilize for remediation or further consulting. Pricing is job-specific. Our sole focus is providing the value you expect for your hard-earned money. We are not bound to any specific geographic service area. Payment is typically check or cash.
