At the time of the job, they did wonderful work; however the product they used was defective. Now, 10 years later the shingles are going bad and are curling up on the edges in certain areas. I contacted Robert and he told me he would contact the supplier, I then didn't hear anything back from him. I then contacted the manufacture about my problem, they informed me that I would need to take 16 pictures of the problem, remove two full sections of shingles and then ship to the company. They told me that they would only pay $40 to remove the samples and install replacement shingles. I feel they should send a representative to look at the roof, and not have me do all this work; I am 86, disabled and home bound and it's more than I can deal with. I feel that they should stand behind their work.
