Red (Tony) was awesome. Him and his wife were both extremely pleasant to deal with. She does the scheduling. I had Red come out to investigate a downspout. He snaked it with his electric do-hickey and we quickly found it wasn't connected to the main lines. He was super nice, friendly and honest. If you like working with good, open and down home people you can trust, try Red!

Red has been fixing our plumbing issues for many many years now and he has always exceeded our expectations. If only other companies would be as professional, friendly and competent as Red is, the world would be a much simpler place! i received a call from my tenant that the downstairs toilet was stopped
up. I called Red's Drain Service after checking Angie's List. They
were friendly, prompt, professional and the service cost what I thought
was a fair price. I will use them from now on when I have drainage

I've been having sewer gas smell for a couple of days and couldn't stand it anymore and didn't want to wait until Monday. It's from tree roots located closer to the street. I called Red's Drain Service up Saturday morning and he was out by 10:30 am, finished up by 11:15. The cost was wonderful for a Saturday, he was pleasant, fast, and efficient. I'll definitely be calling him again!

I can only imagine how much nastiness this guy has seen over his career of clearing drains, but he's always smiling. Shows up on time, responds quickly to emergency calls and charges reasonable rates. Call Roto Rooter and see what they charge for the same service -- I had an estimate for $600 from RR (apparently you need to plan in advance with them for catastrophic events), but Red came and did it for a fraction of that amount, and came out the same day. Actually about two hours after I called. And came up out of that basement smiling. What a guy. I hope they stay in business a long time, because I won't use anyone else.

He is very conscientious. He does small and large drains. I have been using him for many years and he goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend him. One time, he was unable to fix a drain (at no fault of his own because there was no drain left!) and refused to charge me.
