I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY''S ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND RESPONSIVENESS. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE ALWAYS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH WAS JUST TERRIFIC.
Description of Work: OUR PORCH ROOF HAD BEEN BADLY DAMAGED BY HIGH WINDS IN APRIL 2001. AFTER SOME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR, WE CHECKED WITH PUROFIRST. RYAN CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE AND WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ABLE TO SEND OUT A ROOFING CREW WITHIN TWO WEEKS (HE COULD HAVE DONE IT SOONER BUT WE WENT OUT OF TOWN) TO REPAIR THE ROOF - INVOLVING NEW ROLL ROOFING, DRIP EDGE, FLASHING AND WATER DAMAGE, AND THE PAINTING CREW CAME THE FOLLOWING WEEK. BOTH CREWS WERE ALSO VERY COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH. AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, ROGER (I DIDN''T GET HIS LAST NAME) CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE WORK AND MAKE SURE I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
