+ -1 moreWe had three big snow days so far: the company arrived at 2:45 pm one day (late), 10:45 (acceptable), and today they did not come at all (2/7/20). Snow was 4-5 inches and climbing. I ended up doing my own shoveling. We will not make this mistake again...
