Nick was awesome. I contacted him by phone and he returned my call that same night. Gave me a quote over the phone for the power washing and then when he was finished with the power washing he quoted me for the concrete power washing and sealing. He arrived promptly and professionally and did a fantastic job. We had used him before to power wash the house,and we knew that would be great, but the driveway and concrete walkways and our back porch area look brand new. I could not believe the difference. He also gives Angie's List members 10% service provided which he honored for both services.

My experience with them went good.

Nick showed up on time and did a good job. The deck was in bad shape and needed to be power washed and stained he also had to belt sand some areas.

Nick and his helper worked really h****** this job and did a great job. We would definitely hire them again. They covered all the windows and protected the edge of the house as they applied the stain. Was really impressed with the quality of their work.

I needed power washing before I listed my home for sale. Nick responded with the best quote and then met a tight deadline for me. There was some confusion (probable my fault) about a couple of items and Nick just finished the job to my satisfaction. His surface washer did a great job on the walks and drive.

House looked good but my beautiful red door is now covered in a chalky film. Nick tried to wash it off but didn't work. Now I have a streaked chalky reddish door. I will have to have it repainted at my own expense. They supposedly have expertise in this area; wouldn't you think they would know to cover a red door with plastic to protect it from runoff? It happened to me once and I will certainly remember. Will not use these guys again.

They did a good job.

Very responsive from the first attempt to contact them through final delivery. The appointments were scheduled and we received calls prior to them showing up. It was raining the day they power washed and there was pooling on the patio. The next day was clear and sealing was done. However because of the pooling the patio was still dirty. They ensured that it was cleaned prior to sealing without me having to say anything. The service, price, and interaction was excellent.

They were awesome! Awesome, awesome, awesome. The crew was fantastic. Nick came out here himself and worked on it. The deck looks fabulous even after it was power washed. Unfortunately, we hadn't had it done in over 3 years so it also needed to be stained. I wanted to tell people not to wear their shoes on the deck. It turned out great.

Bob and Gus did a great job. They called ahead and kept me apprised of their schedule, and even gave me advice on paint and stain to finish up some projects! They worked around a robin's nest so as not to disturb the chicks, and did a very consciensious job cleaning up. I am very pleased with the finished job!

Job was completed promptly and professionally. He even did additional research for a specific sealant that we had asked about.

The employee who did this job is less experienced than Nick. Our concerns were addressed immediately and Nick made sure that the job was completed correctly. This is the second time we used this company. Previous year we hired Nick to power wash our fences and deck and then stain them. He did an outstanding job which is why we hired him again. We have also recommended him to friends. Professional, arrived on time. Not a drop of stain on our patio. Good quality work.

It was okay. I asked him to send me a list of all the people that done it in the homeowners association and he didn't send me the list. I wanted to follow up and see how they liked it. I work with the home owners association. I had a good experience with him and one person called me and said that he done a good job.

This was my first experience with Angie's List. This positive will encourage me to use it again.

Nick was punctual - he showed up on time for the estimate and the work. He is friendly and professional. The price was fair. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

It was between $650-$700 to do both, and last time I had just my deck powerwashed and stained, it was actually the same price as Nick. So, the pricing was quite attractive. Now, I initially picked a certain stain for the deck, and Nick called me back up after the fact, after he'd looked into it, and didn't think my choice was the best option for my deck and explained why. I agreed to go with his recommendation, after all, he is the expert, not me, and I'm happy I made that choice. Additionally, he did a substantially better job at cleanup than the prior powerwashing company i used (they left a lot of tape all over the place and still had stain on my house siding, whereas there wasn't any tape leftover and no stian on the house.

I'd recommend Nick to anyone and would advise you to get a quote for any of the services he offers, as I suspect he'll either be the same price or cheaper than a lot of others and at the same time provide at least the same quality, if not higher quality, experience than those other higher priced competitors.
