We had a hail storm a couple of years ago and it cracked the skylights and ripped the roof off and stuff like that. And we found the man, their name is Skinner. They were wonderful. They came out and didn't even get the bid. They came out and the older man in the group we did find him up on the roof and he said, and quot;This is something that you just don't see it thereand quot;. And the gentleman said, and quot;No, but you know what if it rains, you could have water inside in your houseand quot;. And, he said, and quot;This is no charge, I just don't want to see inside your house to get wetand quot;. Needless to say, he got the bid. It's just very unusual to have somebody like that.
Thank God, this man, with one active kindness, we new the quality of his work right from that point and we're pleased.
We had tons of people who wanted to come and give us an estimate. And, the only time he came back and was up on the roof. He just go ahead and cover it with plastic whether he got the bid or not. It was just the right thing to do and we knew right away he is the guy. He was just wonderful.
Thank God, this man, with one active kindness, we new the quality of his work right from that point and we're pleased.
