Recommended to me by a friend but I was left somewhat underwhelmed by the work done.  At the time no one was living in the house, but the work area was not kept very clean/tidy.  Tools and debris all over the floor each night when they left.  Drywall mud was also dried onto the hardwood floors from being slung around.  The drywall work done was only ok and on the final day was left for me to sand down and finish myself.  They also used masking tape on the hardwood floors for a small sheet of plastic, but it was left for me to remove and was really difficult to get off.  The knee wall was built about 1/2" too short and now requires me to trim underneath the island to close the gap under the counter top
Also the job was quoted as 3 days but ended up taking 6.5 and was not left very clean either.  I was on a pretty tight schedule for the rest of the kitchen renovation and was frustrated by the extra project time.  No final walk through either, on the last day he just left the key on the counter and left.
They were very professional and trustworthy, however.  I was not worried about leaving them in the house alone each day, and he would call me anytime a question came up.  Also seemed to have my best interest in mind with the design and made several changes that were for the better.
Overall, the price was very reasonable for the work performed, I just feel it was left a little unfinished towards the end and he began rushing based on how long over schedule he was running.

Jim took his time, making sure everything was correct and properly done. He says "if you do it right the first time, future problems are avoided and the customer is happier". He was very careful to protect my current flooring and took time to put plastic sheeting around the area in an effort to keep out (down) the dust. He warned me straight away that he is "normally" running half an hour behind, not a big deal when he told me 9 a.m., I knew he would likely arrive about 9:30 a.m. Jim was usually able to take my calls about any concerns I had. He answered all questions I had and even stopped to show me several things so that I could understand and see what he was telling me. This was a nice thing to experience as I learned a little bit too, not usual in a world of "shortcutting to get it done". He took extra time to make sure the cabinets were all level and plume, shimming and measuring several times. He always called before coming, giving us about 1/2 to 2 hours notice before arriving. He worked tirelessly. When we had a few problems with the electrician holding up our remodel, he stepped in and offered to run after wiring and electrical parts to help things move along. Jim and his helpers were always upbeat, pleasent, well mannered and considerate. No cursing was used and no imperfections seemed to pass his eye. He worked quickly, quietly and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his services. He is very honest and will tell you if he is uneasy doing a job or thinks it is over his head. I had no problem leaving him alone in my home to work while I went shopping or running errands. He also cleans up after himself, vacuuming, picking up tools and taking out his trash!
