The floors are beautiful and the work was completed in a timely manner.  I am so very pleased with my floors and would hire  LMS to do future work.  I also will refer everyone I know that needs floors refinished to LMS.  Great job!!

Todd and his crew took care of worn and neglected hardwood floors in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They left NO dust or mess, and the floors look absolutely beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had carried out internal reconstruction in our home which exposed a section of floor which needed filling with matching timber plus another section where the gap between the old flooring and the relocated skirting board needed filling. The first problem was locating a matching wood - a highly polished Brazilian Cherry in a non standard width. Secondly, it was tricky work blending in the new wood with the old, requiring precise cutting and lifting and replacing some of the existing wood. Within two weeks from first contact, LMS located some matching wood and and quoted $860. We were very anxious to get the work done and gave them the go ahead. A couple of days later another installer who we had spoken to earlier, came up with a quote for $760. We told LMS that we had received a lower quote but not the amount. LMS said that in a job like this no one really knew how long it would take and what problems might be encountered along the way, so labor costs were difficult to judge. However, they agreed to charge us for their labor on an actual time spent basis and if their costs were less than quoted they would reduce their charges accordingly. They did an amazing job. We know where the new wood is but strangers don't. Their precision was wonderful and the new pieces have just merged with the old. They took an entire morning and cleaned up perfectly finally presenting us with a bill for $740. What more can one say.
