LEE'S HEATING & AIR COND

I work odd hours & have a very hard time scheduling service calls. After calling several HVAC companies, I called Lee's. A very courteous & professional woman answered the phone, listened to me , and was able to arrange service for my furnace THE NEXT DAY at a time that was convenient for me! The next day, the Technician, Chris, arrived ON TIME. He assessed the problem and immediately got to work to fix it. Chris took the time to explain everything that he was doing and answer my bazillion questions. He was very patient. When the work was completed and the bill was presented, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the charge was as quoted. I will use Lee's Heating& Air Conditioning exclusively and really recommend that if you have HVAC needs, you give them a call.

It was everything you would want when you hire someone to do work for you.  He was friendly, punctual, flexible, thorough and efficient.  He took care of everything related to the job.

They did a good job. They were quick and they were reasonable. In general, they did a nice job. I was very pleased with their work.

It went perfectly. Mr. Lee explained why he recommended everything -- from moving the ducts in the floor to the location and size of the furnace and air conditioner. He was pleasant, easy to understand and more than willing to answer 100 questions that I had.
A team of three (including Mr. Lee) worked quickly, efficiently and very professionally.  It was a huge scope of work, but  EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, they cleaned up after themselves completely. This meant sweeping a basement where no one else would be until they returned.  They were so courteous and conscientious that it was a pleasure to have them around.
I already have recommended them to two friends, and I will certainly use them again at my other properties.

Mr. Lee is a very pleasant man. I give them the highest marks and will use them again in the future.
