We would not go back. We chose not to give the cat insulin and they refused to sell diabetic food to us unless we brought her in for blood testing over and over. I thought that was a racket. They were punctual.

The staff and doctor were great.  They took time to make sure that I and my cats were comfortable.  They answered all my questions.  I did have to wait quite a bit, but overall it was worth it.  I will go back.

Dr. Erin is great. She's great with the pets and especially with the pet parents. Would highly recommend the clinic. Everybody there is extremely helpful.

Great, the staff is always nice and welcoming.  The vet we originally met with cared a great deal with our issue and got our animal fixed up!

I have used Keystone for 10 years.  They are wonderful!!!  When my dog was hospitalized for tests and then had to have surgery, the doctor (Dr. Christie) called me every evening to update me on Katie's progress.  They never treat my dog as an animal but as a member of my family.

They are very compassionate. One of the doctors there is very communicative. He takes quite a bit of time to explain things and I think that communication is a very strong point. We have never had any particular wait time with them. They are very accommodating with the appointments. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

They are very good. The veterinarians there are very kind and very nice. They provide very good service. Everything that they have done for us was just very well done and it always is. We have been going there for several years.

After returning from vacation which involved a 16 hour drive, my 12 year old lab-mix had two seizures within a 6 hour period. Dr. Mary had me drop him off and they kept him all day for observation. Blood work was done and everything looked normal. She suspected the seizures were probably caused by a combination of the medication he is on for an ear problem and the stress of the long car trip. She prescribed an anti-seizure medication and a recheck in about a month. Chico has been fine ever since. I have been taking my animals to Keystone since they opened. All the vets there are excellent. They and all their staff treat us as if we're part of their own families. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful group of women veterinarians!

All their veterinarians are very caring.  Their staff is wonderful, and they're great with the animals.  I would use them again in the future.

We have a "difficult" dog who is not good with strangers, and we were looking for a new vet for a general checkup and to look at at some lumps we had found on his chest and abdomen.  The Keystone staff and veterinarian were very good with him.  They did a very good job of explaining our options and explaining what they were going to do.  The doctor also took her time in explaining everything to us and answering our questions.  We couldn't have asked for better service.

Our cats have seen both Dr. Erin and Dr. Mary.  These vets are professional, competent and caring.  They communicate clearly and effectively, seem to keep up on the latest treatments and display much compassion toward our animals. They both take as much time as needed during our appointments to answer as many questions as we have.  It is not unusual to be in an appointment and talking to the vet for 15 minutes.  We have never experienced this with other vets.  We never feel rushed or intimidated.  The practice always makes a follow up phone call after our appointment to inquire as to how are the cats are doing.  Sometimes the vet makes the phone call, often in the evening hours, and takes as much time as needed.  I would highly recommend this vet practice.

Our vet is Dr. Christie Timcyo. I love her. You are never rushed or hurried. She spends all the time you need with her. Every time I've gone in she takes all the time needed to answer my questions. She's very personable.

They are competent vets.

They’re awesome. They’re just very caring people. They care whether your pet is ok or not. It’s not just another number, not just another animal.  They understand that your pets are part of your family.

We had good recommendations to go to Keystone Veterinarian. We were satisfied as far as customer service goes. They are very attentive to your questions and they are a little on the pricey side of town but their good. They are a good company to use. It is very small, they are friendly, and that is pretty much all.

They were by the shelter we adopted our cat from and offered free visits. We liked their over all customer service and friendliness and the just the fact that they really cared about the animals.

They are very professional and very concerned with the animals. They are easy to talk to.

The experience was very good. Everyone was very nice. The vet was very personable and explained the different options for taking care of the dog. I will definitely continue to go to Keystone.

I have taken my dog, Katie, to Keystone since she was a puppy (about 6 years). They have been wonderful in all situations. About 5 years ago, Katie had to have stomach surgery (she had eaten something she shouldn't have). They used different methods first to try to avoid surgery. During the entire process, I was called every morning and every evening (usually after the office had closed). Dr. Christie never rushed and took the time to explain everything and fully answer my questions. A couple of years ago when I lost Katie's little brother, Murphy, suddenly, Dr. Christie called and fully explained the situation even though they were not the treating hospital (the Emergency clinic in Copley treated Murphy). I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff at Keystone!!!

Fantastic; nothing but great things to say about Keystone. They took excellent care of our new puppy and made sure her first visit to the vet wasn't a scary one. We'll be using them exclusively from now on. We were discussing our upcoming appointment with a different clinic to a neighbor when she told us a horror story about that clinic. She then told us that she goes to Keystone and gave us the phone number. Keystone was able to get us in within two days of the phone call (distemper shots have to be timed just right), and were very friendly on the phone. Dr. Christie Tymcio is great, she answered all of our questions and gave us some great tips. You can tell that they really care about the animals here, and as a pet owner, that's all that matters!
