About us
We are in our 29th year of business! Jim and Julie began James Yeager Homebuilder's with an unusual business plan. As opposed to a "bigger is always better" philosophy, and stamping out mass quantity, "cookie cutter" homes, Jim and Julie reasoned that they could earn a decent living yet remain passionate by building a few homes a year. This model avoided the cost of employees, supervisors, sales persons and the overhead burdening most home building companies. Their goal was to only sell enough homes to allow Jim to personally oversee each phase of work and concentrate on the most important aspect of the homebuilding experience: the relationship with his customer.
