As a property manager, we seek trash providers for the various properties that we manage. We began using Fruth a few years ago. It has recently changed owners.
Ever since the owner change, the service has been absolutely terrible. They constantly do not pick up resident's trash on their scheduled day and break their contract (using double/triple axle trucks when it states a single axle will be used).
Upon realizing that trash was missed, multiple attempts via phone and e-mail were made to find out what was going on. No answer, no return of messages, nothing.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company. They do not honor contracts and have the worst customer service you could imagine!
