After deciding to update our kitchen with new countertops, we started the process of visiting a number of kitchen design locations. Each left us frustrated by the need to visit product suppliers (countertops, tile, sink, faucet, etc) individually. Seeing an ad for a new "everything under one roof" concept, led us to Freedom Design in Stow. The ad did not overstate the ease of working with them. Our designer, Sara Whinery, helped us choose all of the products we needed in one visit. Given that we had some questions about the tear out and installation process, she and Mark visited our home and gave us further reassurance that the process should run smoothly. Shortly thereafter, the Cambria representative came out to prepare the template for the countertops and about three weeks later, the actual project got underway. The two individuals who performed the work, Paul and Jay, were great. The tear out was without incidence, the countertops were installed beautifully and the tile work was flawless. The two worked diligently to complete the project in four days and cleaned up at the end of each work day. They were also friendly and very professional. My kitchen looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Freedom design and plan to use them in the future for two bathroom renovations.
