FRANK IS A CRAFTSMAN IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS EXCELLENT. MY FATHER, IN THE BUSINESS ALL HIS LIFE AND NOW RETIRED, WAS HIGHLY COMPLEMENTARY OF HIS WORK. HE HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR SEVERAL DECADES AND HIS CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE SHOWS IN THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. HE IS AN EXTREMELY HONEST INDIVIDUAL AND IS A MAN OF HIS WORD. AFTER SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH HIM AGREEING TO A CERTAIN PRICE, HE CAME BACK AND REDUCED THE PRICE AFTER HE DETERMINED HIS MATERIAL COSTS WERE LESS THAN ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED. HE HAD NO OBLIGATION TO DO THIS SINCE WE ALREADY AGREED TO THE PRICE. HE ALSO PERFORMED SEVERAL TASKS WELL BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT. FOR EXAMPLE, HE PLACED FLASHING ON MY CHIMNEY BECAUSE HE NOTICED IT WAS LOOSE WHILE ON THE ROOF. BE ADVISED THAT HE DOES TAKE HIS TIME. HE WORKS FULL DAYS AND MAKES STEADY PROGRESS. HOWEVER, HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND QUALITY WILL EXTEND THE JOB DURATION.

HE ALWAYS RETURNS CALLS IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND HIS ATTITUDE IS VERY LAID BACK AND LOW PRESSURE. HE DOES MANY SERVICES AND WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK HE DOES. I HIGHLY RECOMMED AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN FOR MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE. HE IS EXCELLENT!
