It went just great. The product is beautiful. Looks like wood to me. The whole process was timely and everyone was very professional and informative.

The price was very fair. The quality was outstanding. The help with making sure we had the right colors and right types of carpet for each room was A+. What was most appreciated of all was the tremendous follow-up! Some touch-up was needed after installation, and they were as committed to making everything perfect as we could possibly have asked for. Often once a job is done, you'll see companies become less responsive. That is the was FCI was. They became even more responsive and even more committed. We really appreciated what they did for us!

They were prompt and professional. At their suggestion we installed various products in our home. We could not be more pleased with how the floors turned out.

I can't say enough about Matt and his crew. They were responsive, friendly and professional. They truly cared about my home and even recommended others to help with me with other projects. Most importantly they made my family feel comfortable with them here and even took extra special care to keep my animals safe. i feel like we have made new friends . If you truly want a professional crew who goes above and beyond for your flooring needs then these are the guys you need.

Tracy and Matt were great.... ... all went well.... installers were very friendly and great and on time... Matt and Tracy were constantly in contact with us to make sure all went well. Couldn't be happier.... one of the things that sold us on them is that they are local owners.... their kids go to a local school so they take an interest in doing well.

We recently completed a large remodeling project in our home which included carpet and engineered hardwood. Flooring was the one part we were hiring a professional to handle. Matt and Tracy were so amazing throughout the entire process. Incredibly patient in helping us in the design process. As well as highly professional in working with us to keep things within our budget. Working with them immediately felt like working with friends rather than just another business. Their care and concern for our overall happiness was evident from day one.

It went very well. Matt came out with samples and wrote the contract. This was a 2-step process with the vinyl being done first and then the carpeting. I got quite sick in the middle of the process (nasty cold) and kept delaying. They were very considerate and a pleasure to deal with. Matt and I spoke on the phone and Tracy and I kept in contact via email. She was always prompt in our correspondence. I had a minor issue that came up at the end, but Matt handled it immediately and to my satisfaction. Their prices were competitive with others. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
