Performed the work on time. Cleaned up after themselves. Patio looks amazing. Quality work.

We decided to go with him, provided him with the deposit he requested and waited for the installation date. Dan was supposed to be working along with our deck installer to complete the project. After several weeks, when the deck was ready for installation, we were unable to get ahold of Dan to confirm that he had obtained the necessary permits and approvals to complete the project. The few responses we did get were only after repeated phone calls and emails. Finally, the week the deck was installed, Everett was completely unavailable, no return calls or emails for over a week. Frustrated, we finally asked for our deposit to be returned so that we could go elsewhere, despite the fact that we would be facing a 6-8 week backlog in scheduling with someone else since it was now mid-summer at this point.
Dan was completely unapologetic and extremely rude in responding to us finally, giving some excuse that he was out of town on a job and didn't have access to his phone, voicemail or email (for over a week?) and that he would return our deposit. After several weeks with no check, we finally had to contact an attorney, at which time our deposit was promptly returned.
Due to my decision to go with this company for our patio installation, we ended up having to wait an additional 2 months to have someone else install. This company is the reason that I signed up for Angie's List, so that I don't get burned like this again.

It turned out extremely well. They are the best. The work they did was unbelieveable! They showed up we they said they would and they cleaned up when they were done. They are very very affordable and I would highly recommend them.

We had met with several contrators regarding the installation of a patio. Originally we thought we would do flagstone and then we also got estimates on stamped concrete. We discovered that we could install the same size stamped concrete patio AND replace our sidewalks in the back of the house for the same price as a flagston patio alone. We met with two really nice stamped concrete contrators and decided to go with Everett primarily because the quote was a little lower. We were in a hurry to get the patio done in time for a graduation party. While they couldn't guarantee that it would be done (weather is always a big factor for conrete) they worked really hard to get everything done in time. It's beautiful - we love the color - we get a lot of compliments. They were all a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we can have them back soon to replace some more sidwalk and part of our driveway.
