It went great! It was started and completed earlier than anticipated and the duration was as expected. The work was of superior quality - both what was done by D&D employees and two subcontractors. The price was very fair and there were no surprises - the budget breakdown was very well laid out and accurate. Mark the owner communicated very well with us and all parties. Workers were on time, worked hard, were very courteous and professional and cleaned up well. Absolutely no complaints!

D and D responded quickly and came out within a week. The person who came out, discussed what I wanted (wood/composite) but did not ask about the layout or what my needs were. He then took measurements and said he would call me back. He called back about 4 days later and said that he drew out the deck and took measurements, but forgot to write the measurements down. I gave him a rough figure for the deck size and he called back later with a quote. He then gave me a quote for composite that was just a computation off of the wood. We didn't discuss type of wood/what type of steps/lighting or anything. I thanked him for the quote and later called back and told him I went with another company. He was open to feedback which I provided. I felt that his service did not provide me enough details, nor did I get a written quote. He explained that he didn't do a written quote until the price was agreed upon.

They did an excellent job.
