I paid him $3600 and my yard did not come in and he refused to come back out and touch it up unless I repay him. Not only did my yard not come in refused to come back out and his employees chipped up $1600 dollars worth of concrete from my sidewalk. He said he would fix the concrete but he will not fix the yard so I do not want him to fix anything. You can give him “F” down the board. I literally know this person and that is what is different because his front price for $3600, I have been getting new quotes from complete strangers for $3500 with a one year warranty. They will come back out any time if I need them. No lawn came, a bunch of weeds I got a couple sporadic pieces of grass here and there. He did not come in and he would not come back out to help touch it up and do anything unless I paid him again. My mom even taught him in school to make it even worse. She said this is why I hate doing new yard install because people always want you coming back out. When i hired him to do a new yard install he never said anything about not liking to do that type of work or not wanting to do it because I would have just hired someone else instead he wanted my money. I will be literally quoting on him saying this is why I hate doing new yard installs and why I probably won’t do them.

Even though it's called Cornerstone Landscaping, they do concrete work. I was quite impressed with the little things they pointed out. I said I just wanted fence and that’s it but he planted out a lot of good suggestions. He was courteous. It didn't take him long to layer the land because I gave him a popular plot which they found out extremely helpful. He was a very nice gentleman. The proposal that they gave me was with the exact material that they would be using. The proposal layout as far as what they were going to do was quite detailed. We are retired and the prices that are up nowadays, just scares us to death. I had another quote for fence and he was higher but then he was going to give me a little bit more. I was just shocked with the prices that are up nowadays. The only thing was that, Cornerstone was suppose to call me back with a combine quote for the concrete and the fence but I've not heard anything from him.
