Chris Inspected a “well seasoned” home I hoped to purchase in Kent. As was expected, the findings were extensive. As a result of his thorough inspection and explanation, I was able to prioritize the items requiring immediate attention and identify which items needed remedy repairs before continuing with the purchase of the home. Chris personally answered my call to schedule. He was able to arrange the inspection at a time that I could attend, and worked within the timelines of my purchase contract. With his expertise, he was able to inspect all aspects of the home I needed inspected in the same visit and estimated the inspection time at about 3 hours. Chris was patient and took the time to speak with me and explain the process and arrangements. At the time of inspection, he arrived just ahead of schedule and was friendly and efficient. He allowed me to follow him through the inspection and explained his process and findings as we went. He left no stone unturned, remaining focused on the inspection and completed the inspection right on the time estimated. He delivered the completed inspection report electronically within a day. I feel that the time and attention he gave the inspection and the fantastic detailed report provided were worth far more than the fee I paid for his service. The thorough inspection service and report he provided were far superior those of my previous home inspections with other inspectors. I appreciated that he reasonably assessed the condition of the home given its age and educated me at the level appropriate to my knowledge and experience along the way. Chris was very responsive to my messaging, worked with me on our tight timeline, and was very professional both on the phone and in person. Arrived on site spot on time, and did a very thorough and detailed job, and sent a detailed report including photos. We ended up hiring him for our pre-sale inspection too!

Chris did a great job. Found problems or potential problems and pointed them out to us on site. Took pictures to document everything. He did very thorough inspection. He was on time and provided a full report with pictures the next day. What I really liked about Chris is that he actually answers his phone, even when the sellers realtor called him at 10 pm to question him about problems we wanted addressed. Even our realtor was impressed and will recommend him in the future.
