He has also fixed some other plumbing problems for us. He is a great plumber, and seems to be very happy to come out. He does good work for a good fee.

We thought he was very good and we thought that his price was excellent.  We had used him before and our neighbor had recommended him.  We thought his price was really good.

First I would like to say I have never complained about a company or individual before. Someone has to really mess up in order to upset me and Bills Backflow did just that. I called Bills Backflow when my sump pump went down. Bill came out to my residence and replaced the pump quickly. However a few months later the pipe that bill had installed came apart. It didn't break. It simply came apart flooding my basement. The PVC joint was not primed and glued and the metal fasteners were not applied tightly enough. I am now looking at several thousands of dollars worth of water damage due to the fact that the pipes were not properly secured. I called Bill to let him know about the incident and his response was simply " I remember that job and the pipes were tight." Well Bill, maybe I'll go tell my basement that it shouldn't be destroyed because you claim the pipes were tight. I would strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a quality plumber do not contact Bill's Backflow. I understand mistakes happen but at the very least take responsibility for your actions.

Bill has done a lot of work for us both at our house and a rental. Always very pleasant, prompt, and completely trustworthy. Quickly diagnoses the problem and explains the solutions patiently. Main thing about Bill is that you get a strong impression he is being honest and not looking to rip you off at all.
