I am, as always, very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and prices that Ken, the owner, has shown me. I have owned rentals for almost 10 years, and went through several contractors on various properties, some good, some not, before I came across Ken in the past year or so. I tried him out as I had heard good things about him, and have never looked back. He has repaired air conditioning, water heaters, furnaces, snaked drains, and done other miscellaneous repairs for me at my own residence, my rental units, and now at one of my family member’s homes, and have found him to be extremely reliable. If he says he’ll be there at 6pm, he’s there at 6pm. I am a real estate agent, and have now started giving his name to my clients as well. He is fair in his pricing, and he is great at thinking outside the box if necessary to get the job done. He’s a hard worker. In my 87 year old grandmother’s case, he routinely pops into the living room to let her know what is going on, call’s me if I’m not able to be there, and keeps everyone informed.
