Very good. They were able to get pump working again to provide water to house. They were responsive to my phone call and quick to schedule me in.

This was our first experience with a well water system.  I was expecting the worst because our water was barely flowing.  The technician repaired a faulty switch and inspected the rest of the system.  The cost was very reasonable and the water is flowing again!

Came to my property as soon as I called in the summmer.and explained what would be done to dig a new well closer to the house and place new pipe so it would not freeze.  Told me I could leave the old one to function in the summer for my garden.  Told me that he was completely scheduled through the fall, but if I could wait until weather got cold and demand went down, he could charge me somewhat less.  That's what I did.
Drilling took a coupld of days.  Putting in the new pipe and connecting it all up to the basement was another 2 days.  They replaced soil in the trench as well as possible, but it was very rainy so the is still a lot of lumps of
mud in the yard that will need to be cleaned up in the spring.  I assume that leveling the lawn was not included in the cost as he never talked about coming back and fixing it and I never asked about it.
I have yard helpers in the summer so that is not a real problem for me.

Couldn't be happier! Dave has a lot of knowledge and experience when it comes to well water and well function. We have lived with black sediment in our water for a number of years and it was getting worse. Our water has a high iron content, too.  While not harmful, our water stained appliances and left gray residue on tubs and showers. I was tired of all the extra cleaning. The water pressure was flagging, too. Our holding tank was the original from when the house was built in 1997, and Dave discovered that the well and pump actually predated the the house construction by a number of years.
Dave and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. Dave assured me that the green sand filter would eventually clear out all the black sediment in our plumbing and would prevent it from entering our water system in the future. It would also eliminate and iron that got past the softening system. I haven't had water this clear in years.
When I had some questions about the new filtering system a couple of days after it was installed, Dave returned to my home and patiently explained everything again. He also checked our water softener to make sure it was set properly even though he did not install that equipment.
When I said I was replacing the hot water heater, Dave gave me some good advice on anode rods in heaters for well water, saving me from getting a product that would cause further issues with unpleasant water odors. Thank you Dave!
Dave was punctual in returning calls and straight forward in his evaluations and explanations of our water quality, system issues and  remedies. After his initial water tests and system evaluations, he did not pressure me into a sale during my month-long comparison and decision period.

Well Pump stopped pumping water. They are prompt to show up on time and mentioned that the pipe is frozen and need to be heated with a light from home depot or a space heater and left.
The amount charged covers only for their trip and no other service included.
This didn't solve the problem or I will be able to fix the problem by myself.
I chose them for the good reviews from other users, they might have been good in other work but not for me.

My mom's water pump would read 70 PSI. When the water would be turned on it would pump about 15 Gals. of water and PSI would go down to 0 before it turned back on again. After the pressure was back up we would get dirty water at first [witch ruined a load of laundry] then would charge back up again. We were afraid the well was drying up. It was good we got a honest well man. Honesty is hard to find now days. He just charged us the service charge.
Thanks Again! Jerry

Called to have them come check to see if a well was still operable that hadn't been in use for a couple of years. It was $80 for the service call. They were able to verify that the pump was running but not pushing water. Gave me a best/worst case price scenario but wouldn't know for sure until they pulled the pump up. I called a couple weeks later to agree to the work whatever the case. Turns out it was the worst case. The whole pump needed to be replaced which was ~$675 for parts and another $260 for labor.
I had them back a 2nd time to look at my sump pump which had quit pumping water. Turns out the floater was just stuck in the off position. Still $80 for the service call, but they came out first thing in the morning when I had made an after hours call the evening before.

I reached out to Dave with Anderson Drilling on December 26, 2012 to inquire about having our well water treated for coliform. Dave took the time to explain to me what coliform bacteria was and why it could be dangerous if we did not address the problem. Because I am not an expert in 'wells' his explanation gave me context of why its important we fix the issue and what might be causing the issue in the first place. When I explained to Dave that the pressure tank needed to be replaced he then explained that the coliform could be present because of the water logged pressure tank.
Dave came out 2 days later (best time for me) and fixed the pressure tank. We then set up a time to a take a water sample (because of the holiday the testing facility was closed).
Dave and his team were on time and their service went above and beyond what I expected.

Woke up in the morning to find we had no water from our well. We knew our well pump was old (19 yrs) and it was just a matter of time until it died. We had consulted with Anderson when our well was dug by another provider 2 years ago (horrible experience with the other provider) and were impressed with them. We left a message at 6:30 in the morning, received a call back by 8:15, and had a new pump by 3:00 pm. The representatives were professional, gave us two options for pumps (really expensive and really, really expensive, but that's what well pumps cost). Job was finished quickly and correctly. As good an experience as it could have been.

The only thing to add to my story above is that clean-up was also excellent. You would never know anyone had been there. Great job!

Dave and Paul were great. I had called about a week ago to inquire about the work. I had the well log information as to depth and diameter. Dave gave me an estimete based on that information. I called today about 10:00 AM to ask them to do the work and they were able to come immediately. They were done in about an hour and a half. All that's left in my back yard is a neat little pile of dirt where the well had been. They take care of all permits and updating the county well log information with all of the appropriate agencies. The final cost was less than the estimate. (Most of the cost is the material they pour down the well to seal it and it took less than expected) I couldn't be happier with the results.

The company service man did not try to push anything on me just outlined what my options were. Explained everything in detail. I was especially impressed with how they were willing to work with me and the equipment that I had not just try to push all new equipment on me. All my questions were answered and then some. If I decide to go ahead with my well drilling options, I will certainly use this company.

Most recently our sump pump malfunctioned. I was so relieved to find out that Anderson Drilling and Pump also services sump pumps. I have come to trust Dave and his crew for anything plumbing related. I called the company first thing in the morning and left a message. I promptly got a call back from Dave. I told him that it was not an emergency situation. He said that he would be out around 3:00 that day. He showed up when he said he would and was able to repair the problem on the spot. Dave and his guys are all very friendly, courteous, and conscientious. I recommend Anderson Drilling and Pump to all of my friends and family.

They are really honest and extremely responsible. They are ethical in their business dealings and very professional. Dave Logan is the owner and he answers the phone personally and gives his customers exceptional and personal service. Their response time is fantastic and they always get back with their clients. We had time constraints and they did what was necessary to satisfy us. Our well was not screened and he not only cleaned our well but dug it 10ft deeper and did a fantastic job. His assistant's name is Paul and he is wonderful. His price was great and he is one of those rare dream contractors.

Upon returning home following a long weekend away we found we had no water in any faucets. Anderson Drilling and Pumps sent two men who arrived promptly. They removed their shoes before coming into our house and were very polite. They diagnosed each component of our well system and explained the process as they proceded. They determined that our pump was no longer functional and needed to be replaced. They did this work quickly and were gone in several hours. They were very knowledgable about our well and had even researched when the well had been dug and who had done the work. They provided lots of information about the water table in our area and have dug many of the wells nearby. Note: We had called these people several years ago after receiving a two thousand dollar estimate to replace our "inoperable well pump." At that time Anderson Drilling and Pumps came out on short notice on Christmas Eve and determined that we only needed a filter cleaned out. They charged us less than fifty dollars for this service call -- which is why we called them again!!
