"I DON'T DISPUTE THE TIMELINE PROVIDED IN THIS REPORT. WE EXECUTED THE WORK IN THE BUDGET PRICE GIVEN AND WE DID AN ADDITIONAL $250 WORTH OF WORK IN A NEIGHBORING HOME THAT BELONGED TO THIS CUSTOMER WHICH I CHOSE NOT TO CHARGE HER FOR. DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS AND A FAILURE ON MY PART TO SEE THE COMPLETION THROUGH WE DID NEGLECT THIS CUSTOMER AND HER NEEDS. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT WE DO A LARGE VOLUME OF ELECTRICAL WORK IN ALL PHASES OF THE INDUSTRY AND I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT WE ARE NOT PERFECT. I AM TRYING TO ENCOURAGE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WE SERVICE TO JOIN THIS SITE AND POST COMMENTS ABOUT OUR SERVICE AND QUALITY AND I CAN ASSURE ANY READER THAT AN OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF OUR CLIENTS ARE QUITE SATISFIED WITH OUR COMPANY. UNFORTUNATELY THIS CASE WAS POORLY HANDLED AND AS IS USUALLY THE NORM UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS TEND TO BE THE MOST PERSISTENT IN VOICING THEIR OPINIONS ON SERVICE. AGAIN, I REGRET THE MANNER IN WHICH THIS PROJECT WAS HANDLED AND WOULD LIKE TO THINK THIS CUSTOMER FOR HER BUSINESS."
