I have been using this service provider for 4 years and I have been pleased with the service overall. I have found it is much better if you do not leave your car there but opt to wait as the service, although it usually takes 1+ hours to get an oil change if you wait but it does not take the entire day as it does if you leave your vehicle there. The two times I have dropped my vehicle off, it was not completed until the end of the day. Both time was for an oil change and tune up, and the tune up was not competed either time due to communication errors the first time and the second they stated they did not have time to complete the service but failed to call me earlier in the day. The prices are higher as this is affiliated with the dealer but I appreciate receiving the higher level of technical knowledge since I own a hybrid vehicle. The staff is nice but Kim ,(not sure if he is shop supervisor) is excellent, fair and honest. He has many years of experience with other providers as well and has excellent communication and customer service skills. He is excellent and an asset to this service provider. The waiting are is comfortable, has free WiFi and TV and so the wait is comfortable and I usually take my own tablet and ear buds along and work or use entertainment through the free WiFi. Overall, I would recommend this provider and I will personally continue to use their service for my Toyota and I am also going to migrate my Nissan to them as well.
