He came out and did things that he didn't need to do, was very professional and polite. ?He explained everything to me before he even did it. ?He also cleaned up after himself and work. ?He is not your average repair man, he went above and beyond and had great customer service.

For the work done in April I called and made an appointment and they finished the job a few weeks later when they had free time from other jobs. When I tried to hire them again is when the problems arose, they were busy so I would call back every couple of weeks to find out if they could do the work. The secretary, apparently tired of me calling then told they would be out the next week, which they never showed up or called to cancel the appointment, they just didn't show up.
