ED MC CAUSLEN FLORIST INC

This was nothing like what I ordered or paid for. I was extremely upset. These flowers were going to someone special. My arrangement was incorrect and no one ever checked it before it left the florist shop to see if it was what I wanted. I paid for the flowers when I ordered them because I went to the shop. This was not a phone order. The florist even wrote down what I wanted but I never got it. I mailed the florist a letter the next day expressing my dissatisfaction. She offered to send a new arrangement, but it was too late for that. She offered a refund but I was ashamed to accept it. I should have taken her up on it. I didn' want something for nothing, even though it wasn't what I wanted or paid for. I felt that my business did not matter. I will never shop there again. The florist should have take it upon herself and sent me a refund. I feel that this would have been the right thing to do. NEVER PAY FOR FLOWERS IN ADVANCE UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU ARE SATISFIED AND RECEIVED WHAT YOU ORDERED. I HATED THE PEACH AND CREAM COLORED ROSES. THE BOW WAS EVEN TACKY LOOKING, IN MY OPINION.
