I thought they were doing a thorough job on the service work they provided. However, I had one major problem and one minor problem that demonstrates weakness in their work. 1. The major problem-which resulted in my having to unexpectedly replace my automobile-was that the engine was filled with sludge and they recommended replacement of the engine at a cost of $1500-3000 for a used engine. When I asked them how this happened since they had performed scheduled maintenance throughout my ownership of the car, they replied "this just happens sometimes." I found that a very inadequate response. Shouldn't such a problem be prevented through regular maintenance? I use name-brand gasoline in my vehicles. 2. The minor example occurred in another vehicle I purchased from them. I took it to another provider for an oil change and discovered that the air filter was filthy and needed to be replaced. This ought to be something DiNovo's service person should have checked as part of the oil changes,lubes and inspections I'd had them perform before. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.
