BUSY B MARATHON

This garage changed ownership a couple years ago and the I gave them several opportunities to prove themselves (due largely to the convenience of their location).  I took in my car to have the exhaust replaced and when they gave me their estimate they told me that they could do it the next day with an "after market" muffler.  I assumed that this was the best that they could get seeing as my car is older and that it would be comparable to the original.  This however was not the case.  The new muffler, obviously not made for my car, is very loud and was definately jerry-rigged.  I would have appreciated the option of exhaust system, instead of trying to beat out other estimates with crappy parts.  When I asked them about the noise, they did something to reduce it a little, but why did I have to ask?  Who wants a loud car?  It sounds like laziness and cheapness.  For a garage that specializes in mufflers, I was extremely disappointed.  I will not go back; I even avoid buying gas there.
