TIM'S MAINTENANCE SERVICES LLC

My dryer vent was so blocked that it burned out my dryer and the dryer repairman refused to hook it back up.  It was February and the temps were hovering in the teens and below.  Tim was unable to come out because of a family responsibility, but he sent two of his workers out.  Sorry I don't remember their names, but they were great.  I live in a townhouse and the dryer vent is long (10-12 ft?) and has several 90 degree turns.  They worked for over two hours to get my vent thoroughly cleaned out.  I felt really bad that one of the guys had to work in the garage where the vent was routed through the roof.  He was so cold and came inside a couple of times to warm his hands, but he never complained and declined a warm beverage.  They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves when they finished.  They were very nice and very professional.  Sorry it took so long for this review.

PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. MY CALL WAS PROMPTLY RETURNED AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE WITHIN A FEW DAYS. THE COST AND WHAT THEY WOULD DO WAS FULLY EXPLAINED. TIM AND JEFF ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND PROMPTLY WENT TO WORK. A TARP WAS DROPPED INSIDE HOUSE ENTRY TO PROTECT FLOORING AND BOOTIES WERE WORN ON CARPETING. ALL VENTS/REGISTERS WERE REMOVED AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH A TRUCK-MOUNTED VACUUM AND A LONG HOSE RUNNING TO THE FURNACE WHILE ANOTHER DEVICE CLEANED EACH INDIVIDUAL DUCT. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I HAVE A SMALL, 1-1/2 STORY CAPE COD BUNGALOW WITH 15 VENTS AND THEY WERE DONE IN 6 HOURS. WHEN COMPLETED, A SANITIZER WAS SPRAYED IN THE DUCT WORK AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
