Taylor, Jim, Rob & Josh DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!!! They came out to fix a backed up shower. They “forgot” to glue the lid on the main drain and everything emptied into my basement for 2+ weeks. They came back, glued the lid on & Rob admitted that, “we didn’t glue it when we left to prevent this from happening”. But somehow want me to take 50% responsibility for this mess. I have the technicians, Rob and Josh, on video assuring me they would have this area professionally cleaned. “We’ll get on the industrial cleaners to come out here and take care of you”, Rob promised. But it’s been a MONTH and they still haven’t followed through. Several items were ruined from the sewage water but they refuse to take responsibility for anything. They dumped sewage all down our neighbors curb that my husband shoveled into the empty lot and the technician, Jim, admitted to it. I have pictures and videos to backup all of these claims. Do NOT risk this situation being your reality!!
