After working for another contractor, Gary Nester decided to start his own HVAC company in 1980 centered on quality and honesty. Through years of hard work he built a strong, honorable reputation and established a loyal customer base serving the residents of St. Clairsville, Bellaire, Shadyside, Bridgeport, Martins Ferry, Maynard, and New Athens. In providing lasting care for his customers, Gary trained and equipped Brian Darrah for many years before retiring and entrusting Jug Run’s legacy to him. We have stood the test of time, out-performed our competitors, and we will continue to be the Valley’s leader in excellent HVAC service and prices as we meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Brain and Lacey were awesome! Super friendly and very professional. Lacey even went above and beyond and brought my Amazon package in for me..haha. They did a great job!!!!

long story short, the kid they sent over to service our air conditioner/heat pump [[it needed a new thermostat]] blew up our transformer and filled our basement with smoke. he tried to argue with us that he didnt do anything wrong and we were responsible for paying for it. after arguing with their boss, we ended up paying $400 for them to fix it when originally all we needed was a $50 thermostat. so we ended up paying for the new parts anyway but i guess we were "getting a deal" because the labor was "free"
Description of Work: change thermostat, replace fossil box and new wiring.
